Climate and Future Adaptations Webinar Series: Economic Vibrancy and Diversity

Economic Vibrancy and Diversity

This is an opportunity offered on a quarterly basis to gain awareness of innovative ideas, conversations, and projects happening around Colorado's commitment to a more climate-adapted and resilient future.

The purpose of this series is to equip local governments with the tools, resources, and knowledge aimed at addressing climate change in Colorado. This is facilitated by including speakers who are subject matter experts that provide different perspectives and build awareness of the opportunities available and strategies to implement.

This webinar aims to discuss how local governments can approach climate action strategies through economic diversity and showcases how this can generate vibrancy in local and rural communities. This webinar included topics such as “green” (climate-focused) business programs and expansion, examples of communities integrating climate adaptation goals, and the Mainstreet Open for Business Grant.
